I'm trying to learn LINQ and using LINQ to SQL in my solution. I've got a simple table that houses two ID's; ProductID & TagID. It my example data Product #1 has 2 Tag's, ID numbers 1 and 8. So the two records in my table are {1,1} and {1,8}. Once I return from my EDIT page the user has the ability to alter the tags. So I need to update the tags, but the user has the ability to INSERT new tags or DELETE the current ones. I could return from the edit page with three tags; with one of the original tags deleted and 2 added (eg {1,1},{1,4},{1,5}). I'm sure I could write a bunch of code to accomplish this, but I guess I'm hoping there's some cool LINQ method that would completely replace one table with another.
Am I just suffering from wishful thinking, or does LINQ actually contain such a method?
