Search word in word document c# asp.net

Hi all,
in my app, i store primary data like name,mobile,email and word document path in my db table.
i have a search box with filling any of word and it will search in records of the db table. 
now requirement is to search db record and also inside the word document and show the result as respective records.. 
the search in word document is like naukri,monster i.e. include these keywords and exclude these.
How to do the search without Office.Interoperabilty
pls guide me how to achieve this.
