I am getting this error whether I use a simple Input type=file or a jQuery plugin like Uploadify to upload files over 30mb.
I am using asp.net 4.0 on a Windows 7 32-bit development machine with IIS 7. I am uploading to the same machine. The website is running as localhost.

<httpRuntime maxRequestLength="1048576" executionTimeout="120000" />
<requestFiltering>
<requestLimits maxAllowedContentLength="2000000000" />
</requestFiltering>
I am using a standard ashx request handler which handles all smaller files just fine.
