highlight the selected area or add text on any area or add image on any area on image in html image tool using javascript or jquery (client side only)

i want to
1) highlight any selected area (selected using jquery imageselect tool)
2) add text on any selected area
3) add image on any selected area
of an image on html image tool (parent image)
and save this final image containing any or all above things in the database.
i want to do it purely in javascript or jquery (client side). please guide me how i can do this with sample code (kindly help me with sample code.)

i need to complete this task at any cost and on time.
