i have to build application containing N number of user. The application mainly based on file or letter transfer from one Department to another department of govt sector
Each department will have their own user. After login..another page will open in which. user will make entry of 1 file as a record and will send it to another user of any department.
So at this time page should have sender name available so that file caan be send........
(1) how to acheive this one becoze i am not using any mail application
when that user(receiver) will open his account...he will receive that file by clicking any button.
(2)one more thing..if sender has sent any file then onlick of that file sender can se the staatus of file whether that file is received or not by the receiver.
(3)in this way each user will have its own file sending or reciving record.....which he can see when he will login into his account.
