How to retrieve the value entered in the dynamically create textbox in code behind

I have created a textbox dynamically in code behind  like this
System.Web.UI.HtmlControls.HtmlTableRow R = new HtmlTableRow(); System.Web.UI.HtmlControls.HtmlTableCell C = new HtmlTableCell(); TextBox txtCc = new TextBox(); C.Controls.Add(txtCc); C.Style.Add("align", "right"); R.Cells.Add(C); pnl1.Controls.Add(R); But i am fail to retrieve the values entered in the textbox in the Butto_click event please Help me to achieve it
