How to read html content from another site.

Hi friends I have a problem Now i am trying to read html content   from another site like "http://forums.asp.net/" i want to read that "Getting Started", "Web Forms","Web Forms Data Controls", etc........ and save the database.If  these data updated so just my database also be updated. I think all you understand my problem please help me dear experts how can we do that in mvc.
