Mouse Over Event in table want to show popup notifications

Hi,
i want to show popup notifications when mouse over in table..
when i mouse over to get that particular  row id ,and table headerText ,and  two parameters to sql using ajax to return somevalues,
that values want to show in popup notifications.............
Example
id Name         01/01/2013
1    sankar          P         ---when i mouse over  cell P want to get row id and header text (1,01/01/2013) and pass this parameters sql using ajax ,return result want to show
                                         popup notifications
