I've installed VS2012 and just about to start first website with it and it isn't creating the aspnetdb.mdf database. Can anyone give me any clues what's wrong? I've also tried going to the Website Administration Tool but that isn't any use because the Security
tab says "Unable to connect to SQL Server database" (I guess because there is no aspnetdb.mdf database) and if I click "test" on the provider tab it just happy goes into an endless
loop. Just trying to use the login controls doesn't work.
