hi all,
I have a webpage that register complaints and gives a complaint number against it...the sql table which is saving the data of the page has a column name called status and the options are given in the dropdown of the form that are , 'open','close','on hold',i
have this data for each complaint in a table for eg a complaint having a unique complaint id is there and its status is open and there is no data of the same complaint id having the status closed,i mean if a complaint is not closed within two hours of opening
it should continously show the pop up complaint having this this id still open/ on hold...how can i do the same plz help!!
