DateTime that is passed in object is different

Datetime dtnow=DateTime.Now;
ClassInstance1 c1=new ClassInstance1(dtnow);
Insert into tb1 datetime values (dtnow)
Insert into tb1 datetime values (c1.DateTimeExecuted);
 
The values insert should be the same , but somehow they are different by .003 sec
