How to fire Textchanged event of Dynamically loaded UserControl and catch it in Mainpage?

Hi,
The TextChanged event is not firing on a dynamically created usercontrol TextBox from Mainpage.
I have a webusercontrol (jobcontrols.ascx) with around 30 fields, which includes a textbox (DynmtxtJobName1) with ajaxautocomplete feature.
Mainapge.aspx have a button to add usercontrols dynamically with the use of ViewState.
On textchanged event of DynmtxtJobName1, I need to call one code to populate rest of the fields. 
I can get id & value of DynmtxtJobName1 in page_load of mainpage.aspx but not able to fire event of textchanged.
I tried Event Delegate also but no success since this textbox is populating dynamically with usercontrol.
