Insert Editor codes in database

hello all..
i have a text Editor in my page , this Editor create automatically HTML codes..
when i insert this codes in database , it make error..
because in html codes have (") & (') caracters & this codes break insert command..
Example Html out Codes:
<div style="font-size:12px; color:red;" > i'm here </div>... please help me ..
Example insert command:
