In my classic asp site admin zone I used frames for my page layout. 1st frame contained links depending on which one was clicked some other link set showed up in frame 2. From here you got a possible link set to frame 3 or directly open the selected page
in frame 4. If link from frame 2 did not open page then it came from frame 3.
