Access Folder in one server from another server

I  want to download word file from one server from another server.
The files are stored in D://ImpFiles/Document/ on that server
I am not able to access the folder on that server from my server.
I also tried URI format to link to the files on the server i.e foo://administrator:secure123@10.345.45.6/
But that to not work.
If anybody knows the solution then please let me know as soon as possible.
