BC30002: Type 'SmsClass' is not defined.

I get this error mesage:
BC30002: Type 'SmsClass' is not defined.

 
here is the code:
Dim smsClass As New SmsClass()

I have placed the "smsClass.vb" in the same directory....
 
Whats wrong??
