I have managed to pass a query string from a username text box in a login screen within the URL to the following page:
 Response.Redirect("Student/Welcome.aspx?uname=" + TextBox1.Text);
I have also managed to get this to display in a label and show at the top of the next page. I understand I could do this the same way in which I did it the 1st time but the links from the 2nd page are using a Response.Redirect() but the second time the link is within an anchor as a link in an image:
<a href="../Student/Academic.aspx"><img alt="Academic &amp; Modules Homepage" class="auto-style2" src="../Images/Star2.png" /></a>
Making it - <a href="../Student/Academic.aspx?uname=" + TextBox1.Text>......... does not w ...

Go to the complete details ...
