Help with ASP.NET form

Hi there,
I'm new to ASP.NET and C#. I have a form with 2 dropdown, 2 text fields and about 25 checkboxes.  This form is developed in C#.  This web form, queries database and displays some info from Table A. Then we form is sbumitted form is suppose to insert some data in Table B and send email.  Currently when Submit button is clicked nothing happens. I don't see any errors.  It would have been great if I could see some errors at least.
Can someone give me a clue as how to find why the form is not getting submitted.
