MS Access 2007 as Linked Servers

I'm using SQL Express 2008 (10.50.400) and I'm trying to link up a MS Access 2007 database using Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 provider. I can create the link but I can't connect to it. I can connect to it when I log in as 'sa'.

Any solutions will be appreciated.
