Moving to a new server

I have an internal asp.net site that has been running for a couple of years that I need to move to a new server on the same domain.  The existing server is Windows Server 2003 using a SQL Server 2000 database.  I need to move to a new server running Windows Server 2008 R2 using SQL Server 2008.  I am not sure where to begin.  I guess I need some direction on how to move forward.  The SQL Server database uses linked databases which require an Oracle 11.2 install as well. 
Anyone have suggestions on what needs to be done first, second, etc...
