Hi All,
I've read some articles about managing the roles or profiles from auth.user via web.config and then using the Profile class to get the needed values; the problem here is that I need to use more then 5 "profles" and each one can have from 50 to 100 "permissions" (like to enable or not some menu items or be able to save/update/delete) and I already have and old database with all these... now I can't use web.config to do this; also I'm using authentication mode="Forms".
So is there any new way to manage this easly? I'm working with VS2008 if that could help.
