Unique Url for each user

Hi All,
I have a web application with the given pages.
1. www.MyData.com/Login.aspx   [Default page]  
2. www.MyData.com/Insert.aspx 
3. www.MyData.com/Reports.aspx 
4. www.MyData.com/Register.aspx 
Site URL : www.MyData.com 
When the user register his details to this website [by using this url www.MyData.com/Register.aspx ] that time i want to give separate url to that particular user [ex: www.MyData.com/user1/Login.aspx or www.MyData.com/user1  ]
like wise for each user i want to give unique url for ...
