Hi , cause i'm a novice in ASP.NET i've the following problem:
I'm developing the Extranet of the company, i'm the system administrator, and i want to manage user credentials and its profile.
in fact i dinamically change the aspect of the site and relative function, according to the profile settings of the user logged.
then, i create users and roles in WSAT, after that i have a page for managing profiles composed by:
a gridview that reads all users in the table aspnet_membership
a page with all controls relative to the properties of the profile (it works for the current user logged (=only administrators of the site)
so, i want that, by selecting a row (user) on the gridview i can load/edit/save the profile of that user and not the user logged at the moment
is all my thinking reasonable or i can do all in a better way?
if yes, how can i do that???
