hello! hopefully this is the correct area to post this....anyway, any help is greatly appreciated. here's the deal: i have a site with roughly 500 members. everything is working great except that occasionally one of the newly created user accounts is unable to log in (about 3 out of the 500 have this issue). they are approved, they are not locked out, and the application name is what it should be, and they are entering the correct credentials. they just recieve the generic message 'unable to login at this time.' i have been able to fix it by deleting the account and recreating it exactly like it was with same username and password and everything. what could possibly cause the new users accounts to be non-functional?
