I have an VS2008 website for ASP.NET security pages. After upgrated to VS2010 last year I did open this website with
the new ASP.NET 4.0 (targetFramework=4.0). Now, the 'Could not.. -CheckSchemaVersion' error popped up when
I tried to open these web pages from VS2010/ASP.NET 4.0. I do not remeber very well if this error happhened before
on VS2010/ASP.NET4.0.
In my web.config file I have added a LocalSQLServer connectionstring for the ASPNETDB database in our database server.
Guessing that the problem maybe I don't have the Application Service database ASPNETDB in the App_Data folder, I tried to
use Web Site Administration Tool (WAT) to create one. However, when clicking the SECURITY tab, the error msg as
shown below popped up.
Exactly what does the "Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.aspnet_CheckSchemaVersion'" error msg mean?
