I've made my blog website - www.pavelevdokimov.com
There are no visitors at all right now. So when I visit the website - it takes several seconds (10-20 secs) to "wake up".
After that first visit in the day - web app works fast. But then, several hours after it goes to "sleep" again. So it has to be kinda "restarted" when someone else (or me) visits the website again.
I belive there should be some IIS setting. Or web.config setting, That allows website to be "always running".
And I know that web application is running all the time (so "sleeping"/"always running" has nothing to do with turning app on and off in ISS).
There's some kind of sleeping mode, when noone visits website.
But what is this setting? Help please!
