Working with a vendor that is sending me some data fields in a form that are RSL encrypted. On our website we have a SSL certificate. I have the RSL public certificate and the private key. In the website I'm using ASP.NET/VB.Net. If they are encrypting some of the data in the form fields with my public key/certificate. How can I decrypt the data using my private key?
The public key is in the form.

My private key is in the form.
