Hi,
I have a form with bunch of rates. i need to force the user to use only decimal values. data type i have is "decimal(18,2)".
i tried using
if( decimal.tryparse(string, out n)
{
//do some thing
}
but if the users enter any string like "abcd" instead of decimal value , it is showing null. even if nothing is entered it is showing null. how to validate this? please help.
