I have an black and white image with extension as ".JPG". I would like to get number plate area and then number from this image. Please let me know can I do it?
By finding white and black pixels, I can do this I know. I have attached an image. Please refer image to understand the requirement.
1) Get co-ordinates of black color inside white by so I create rectangle. to get number plates inside image.
I do have a logic but I am not able to do it. Please help
Note: I can not use any ".dll" or tool, to get this done. Everything needs to be done programatically.
