How to make this repeater work

I broke down my question into several and asked around but when I put together the solutions together, it did not work. So I now put altogether my problem and hope you can all give me advice as this step is so important. I simply need to get the data from database on HTML which then become input supply of Javascript code so it cannot have <table><tr> code as in the case if I use Gridview so I cannot use Gridview. Thus I use repeater here.
The following code works fine so it is great, except the underlined line is hard coded:-
