custom treeview with designer node problem

Hi

i created a custom treeview and custom treenode .
but my treenode property are not acessible during design time.
only way i can access those property are using hard codes.
example of 
dim mytreenode as new mycustomnodes
mytreenode .text="haha"
mytreenode .nodeID="321"
mycustomtreeview.nodes.add(mytreenode)

anyway to add those value in design time?
