ashx handler window name

Hello,
We are using a media handler to serve files (pdf, etc).
When you right click on the hyperlink, you can do a save as and download the file.  When you click on it we nagivate to "_blank" and the file is streamed to the browser.   Everything is working fine except for the browser window title.
Is there a way to set the browser window title when file is loaded from a ashx media hander, such as a pdf?
