Dear friends,
I need to validate Indian telephone numbers using regex can anyone show me the expression that can validate the following conditions.
1. All numbers should start with a ZERO but not with Two ZEROes
2. No special characters allowed (not even - , ( ) [ ] ) only numeric values are allowed
3. No spaces
4. 11 characters (no more no less)
