How to call project class methods from javascript in an aspx page?

I have a method that I'm using to return values on code behind pages.  I would like to use the same method to replace existing javascript variables on an aspx page.  The method is located in another project that is located in the same solution as the page containing the aspx page.  Is this possible?
Here is the method call that works on the code behind pages.
Imports PH.PT.PHApplications Dim appHandler As Iapp = apps.Getapp(Of Iapp)() Dim NewApplication as String = appHandler.appName Here is a sample of the Javascript I would like to replace with the method above
