error in installation.

Hello. I will start from beginning. On my PC i heaved sql server 2008 express r2. My service software was connected to SQL. When I remove service software I also had a brilliant idea to remove the SQL. This was wrong! I uninstall it from control panel. And to be honest also folders from C:\user\appdata from Program Files etc. Now I want get back and install sql and service software but it is impossible! Sql installation starts I see this window I CAN'T UPLOAD HERE PRNTSCR THIS IS FIRST WINDOWS WHERE IS WRITE SCENARIO WORKFLOW ETC the bar go to the end, window disappear and nothing happen next. I'm really confuse what to do! There is a lot of articles but nothing helps me! It will be wonderful if You can helps me !
