Case 1: Anonymous enabled with credentials of app pool identity (case a:network service?; case b:apppoolidentity?) ?
Case 2: Anonymous enabled with credentials of specific user?
This is because I feel that anonymous has to be enabled for the website with forms authentication to work otherwise the login page gives unauthorized as error. I amlooking for what is best practice and why?
