What control you would use to achieve user select multiple options with order priority ?

I have 10 choices for user to choose from. Which item they picked first matters.
What control you would use the do the job ?
A 2 tables with add and remove buttons look nice and how do we do this quick ? Thanks.
Preferred output be a label.text in this format: [Selected1],[Selected2],...etc
