Error in WCF service using ASP.NET Membership provider for authentication

I have setup WCF service which uses asp.net membership to authenticate users. Whenever the client calls the service, I get the following error.
"An unsecured or incorrectly secured fault was received from the other party. See the inner FaultException for the fault code and detail."}    System.ServiceModel.Security.MessageSecurityException

InnerException: "At least one security token in the message could not be validated."
I have a lot of time re-searching and I am not to resolve this issue. I believe I have setup the config files correctly. Here is the Service and the client configurations.
