I just installed IE9 and working on a asp.net 3.5 website using VS 2011 sp1 and vb.net.  I have a page where i'm creating an href in a string and populating it to a label.  That is working fine.  I click on the link and it takes me to the page.  Here is where the strange part comes in.  If i click the back button and look at the source code, all my hrefs have had a " added to the end.  So for example the href when i view the source looks like this

<a href="WeekDescription.aspx?ID=2"">

It's adding that second " to it.  If i change the browser mode to ie8 it fixes it.  IE 9 problem right... well, not so sure.  I copied the project over to my notebook.  It's running same IE, VS, sp.  on the notebook, it doesn't add the " when i go back a page.  It's very strange.  Was wondering if anyone else had seen this and if so, what did you do to fix it.
