SQL server settings if done in admin then it does not apply to user

When i login in windows by admin and change setting in SQL server management studio(for example tools-->option and change value for edit top rows command value) then it does not effect when i log in by using windows account other than admin. It will be old value when i log in by using other user account. The value changed effects only for admin account of windows. What may be the reason for this nature? How can i solve it? ...
