Need help in getting image from database to webpag

Hi Friends,

I am having a Custom control in that i need to store user image and view the image in some other page i did the first part successfully.

I stored the image in Sql server but when i try to get that image in to my control i got the fallowing error

Not able to convert bitmap in to web.Usercontrol

Here is my code i am using please any one help me

MemoryStream stream = new MemoryStream();
byte[] image = EarlyBirdPostDataSource.AuthorImage;
stream.Write(image, 0, image.Length);
Bitmap Authorbitmap = new Bitmap(stream);
Authorbitmap.Save(stream, ImageFormat.Gif);
ImageConverter conv = new ImageConverter();
Authorbitmap = conv.ConvertFrom(Authorbitmap);
control.Controls.Add(Authorbitmap);
