I have a Windows 7 OS. I tried to see a fujicolor CD from 2002 that is windows version powered by 2001 microsoft picture it! express. A message came up asking me to allow 'them' to make changes to my system.
program name: setup.exe
publisher:unknown
file origin: CD\DVD drive
program location: E:\PIE2001\PIP\setup.exe
I clicked ok/yes.
After a bit I got another message. '--updated MDAC ... reboot to complete update' I did and the computer rebooted and came up with the same message. It is in a continual circle of showing that message everytime I follow it. I cannot
get to my desktop or anything else as long as I choose my user account which is the only real account and the administer account.
