I am converting a large classic asp application to .Net wherein the passwords are encrypted using RC4.asp. Off and on for months I have researched how to replace this function in .Net. Several times I thought I found the solution and actually got one of them to work...however the passwords produced did NOT match the passwords in the database. Other solutions used conventions/words/methods that were not recognized or allowed when copied into Visual Studio 2008 (I use C#). So if you answer the post PULEEZE do not just send me a link to somebody else's website that contains a "solution"... I've probably already been there. Only answer if you personally have implemented a solution and it gives the same results. Thank you.
