How to suppress SYSTEM_WGET

Hi, 
My application has been reported contains possibility of injection attack by cyber security team in my country. After some conversation, we found that the injection attack is actually something related to SYSTEM_WGET. I have no idea what is it. Shall anyone explain on this? Beside, how to suppress it? Thank you
