I've been working with ASP/.NET for some time now....I"ve got a web app and I trying to debug some code in Application_Start() but the event just will NOT fire. Session_Start() fires fine. I've restarted the machine, restarted IIS, modifed web.config to force .net to restart. What gives???
Any ideas anyone?
