how to link a button to redirect a specify position on extisting page

hi,

i created one page using asp.net.... can u please help me to solve my doubt.

i put 5 buttons on master page. and i wolud like to open new page with the particular position on that button click. i.e. the page will scroll down automatically and the client will see the details of particular thing.

i.e. suppose client click on button 1 he will get new page with image of 1 with it's description, suppose he click on 2 he will get image and description of button 2.
