Rich Text Editor that works with .net Framework 2.0?

I would like to place a rich text editor into a user control in place of a regular text box.  I would like something similar to the HTMLEditorExtender that comes with AJAX Control ToolKit.  The problem is that the AJAX Control Toolkit only includes this extender for framework 3.5 and higher.  I cannot upgrade the framework on this server at this time.  My goal was to find something that might work with .Net Framework 2.0 and includes similar functionality. Does anyone know of any solution? Thanks in advance!
