I have a web application I am building that can not directly talk to the database.
I have heard that you can use post and get?
All I have heard mentions using php to do it but I would imagine if php can then so should asp.net?
How would I go about retrieving data from my asp.net page from the other application? Build the asp.net page that runs database queries then in the outside application use the code that basically tells the asp.net page to run and grab the info it finds?
A good example of how this could work be great.
