Gridview EditIteam Templet Validation using javascript

Hi
In my gridview i have a footerRow templet and editIteam Templet.I need to validate both Templet controls.for that i dclear the arrrya method for get the each one the row cell value.This code is in blow.In the blow code i can get the FooterRow cell value only.I need to find out the edit row cell value also using this code.any one kindly assist me.
