Send email from web form

I have created a contact us page and plan on using one of these ajax controls for the functionailty.

The only thing is, when I click send it does virtually nothing.
How can I get entered texted from the textboxes, into my clinets email when the user click send.
NameTextbox, Email Textbox, Telephone Textbox and message textbox transformed into an email message when the user click sends.
I think there should be a tool  to do this, but I have not found one as of yet.
